80-year-old Shizuo Mori has gone viral for his passionate pudding-making skills! His wrist flicking technique has been unique to him and his homemade pudding for nearly 60 years and Mori-san has no plans on stopping. While most people would retire well before reaching 80, Mori-san has dedicated much of his life to this cafe following his mantra of "work is what gives us energy."
